    Crimping Tool

    I normally crimp and then solder.......best of both worlds. For the larger terminals buy the ones without plastic insulation and carefully use a propane torch. Get it hot and wick the solder in.

    If you have a fish scale, pull the required weight at one foot......eg, 30 foot pounds, pull 30 Pounds perpendicular to the handle one foot from the pivot point.

    That is one hell of a score. I was going to say it is worth 2000. I bought a used one, same vintage but half that big from snap on a few years ago, used and dirty. I think I paid 800. Some of the ball bearing slides in mine were worn and full of crap. The dealer warrantied them. Nice!
