I commute everyday from rosenberg to cypress. it takes 50 minutes. I leave` early to beat traffic. Cinco Ranch is a nice area with good schools and its next to the west park tollroad . Nothing wrong with sw side from Sugarland out.From Cinco ranch its only 30 minutes to the track. Lone star raceway.
