    Whose running a clutch fan

Well, just exploring different options. I am going to have the rad converted to 3 core. Running a 180 Stat so as far as out current temps go it’s been averaging 105. Temp gauge runs in the 200 area bot in town and freeway driving. I may put a high flow 160 degree stat on to see if it lowers the...

    Clutch Fan

Ok, the temps have cooled enough (102) for me to work out in the shop. Installed the clutch fan. As you can see from the pictiures theres room between the clutch and the radiator with the hayden 2947. Took a measurement and have at least an 1 1/4 clearance from the front of the clutch and the...

Ok, a bit of an update. A member from another site gave me a Hayden part number of P/N 2947. Looked it up and its designed for cars with limited space due to over sized radiators. Gives almost 3" of additional clearance between the rad and the water pump. I'll post as soon as I get it mounted.

Hey brother, how did that tranny issue work out? We were concerned that you made it home from SF ok. You going to FF? If so, I'll see you there. I'll be in the swap area selling seat belts.

Radiator is out, what can I do in the meantime?

Good time to go through the system while the rad is out. It's really cheap insurance to replace all those items

$475 too much. Sounds like they don't do early rads and wanted to scare you off.

    Early A radiator?

Not trying to steal your thread but you wouldn't happen to know of a particular upper rad hose that will work with the rad outlet on the far lefthand side?
