Man, I know nothing about blowers, but that sounds like something got bound up in there Am I right that the engine turns freely still? And it is the same engine the blower was on before, right? Just in a different chassis?

Can you turn it the opposite direction? If the entire engine is seized up, I wonder if the timing chain may be to blame Maybe remove all thesparkplugs, valve covers and try again? (The valve covers only need to come off for inspection of course)
