Has anyone used Royal shipping limited

I posted because the red flag started when he said he shipped with royal. Then the request came for insurance. Getting a tracking number seemed to be like pulling teeth. So basically a warning with buying from Facebook. This is the second time trying to buy from Facebook. So likely never...

Has anyone used Royal shipping limited

Has anyone used this company to ship stuff? I am thinking it is a scam since they are now requesting $1500 for insurance on an item I ordered. They say the money will be refunded as soon as the package is delivered. Glad I paid with PayPal as goods and services. There is no way in hell I...

anyone else here ever deal with the 4.7?

I got lucky with the 4.7 I had in my 03 dakota. I maintained her and kept on top of oil changes. I was always worried about the timing chain. The 4.7 got the same gas mileage as the older 3.9l Had the exhaust tick, but fixed it and sold truck off to buy a full size ram.

Edelbrock Victor Series Race Cylinder Heads or Trick Flow cylinder heads

I was under the impression the victor sb heads are prone to many issues and stear clear of them. Trickflow or Edelbrock rpm would be the safer bet. I run the Indy 360-1s on my sb 418 but they love rpm. Street and high winding rpm don't go too well together. W2 and w5 are basically Indy...

Tires for 14 RAM Big Horn - 275/60/R20

I only run all terrain tires on my trucks with E load ratings because I don't like getting stuck on a dog tird in the driveway. Normal tire for me would be the bfg all terrain t/a ko2 because of the snow rating. However the last two sets of bfgs I ended up with a vibration as they wear down. My...

Is supply catching up to demand yet?

Trickflow heads are in stock at certain places. Stop waiting for your current suppliers foot dragging. I ordered trickflow 240 and had them in 4 days. 440 source has them in stock. Also noticed certain suppliers have them in stock via ebay. Now just to dig up a hydraulic roller cam blank

Poll on are you running Stock or Modified engines

Yes it can be welded. Get the intake up to temperature in your wifes oven then weld with nickel rod (not cheap) while hot. After bury it in a pile of dry sand to insulate the heat and let it cool very slowly.

    Green energy

Sort of. Holstein cows grow alot taller than your normal beef cow. Blossom was the world's tallest Holstein at 6'3. I forget what we measured Tiny at. Yes, we call her Tiny. I am 5'11 so Tiny would be roughly 5'8 We did have a freakishly short Holstein (think beef cow size) we named her Jumbo

Are you swapping big inch to little inch?

With the fuel price having doubled in the last year. Got me thinking as I have noticed alot of stroker combos trying to be sold. Is it lower incomes or trying to find better mileage? Are people considering pulling their big inch motors for smaller cubes for better street fuel mileage ?

    T56 Crossmember

I have been in contact with them since March of 2021. I was told by Toddron restoration that he no longer makes them and sold everything to modern driveline. big block or small block

This is my .02 When I was building my 67 dart. I had the choice of an unknown built 360. The desirable 340 and I scrounged up a 440 block. I chose the 340 and sold the rest. After spinning a rod bearing I stroked the 340 into a 418 with w2 heads. Bad machine shop choice and had to redo...
