The trim rings are actually 14 inch. they measure 15 because of the lip , same way with the wheels. 14 measures 15 and 15 measures 16. Frank

If that 76 has a /6 and drum brakes , then it will be small bolt. If it is a V8 and has disc brakes , it will be big bolt. At least that is what I have found to be true. Frank

Specialty Wheel didn't go out of business , they were bought by Coker and moved the manufacturing operations to CA. They just don't do the " cut outs " any more. I would say the lawyers and insurance people told Coker , that was a No-No. Frank
