I agree, this has been in my car for 9ish yrs, I dropped the car off a floor jack , trying to move it sideways and bent the front valance and the rad. too. Was brand new at the time . Straightened the valance , tested the rad. , no leaks = griffin quality !

Thats a vent problem ----------------my new 68 barracudas had it , thw one I got now doesnt , I PUT AN EXTRA VENT ON IT .

I bought a replacement tank off ebay , it had the usuall vent for the filler tube , and a vent sticking out above the pick up assembly (hi in the tank). I ran it around and up thru the trunk floor and up below the trunk lid , w/ 2 coils on it , and back down thru the floor in about the stock...

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^an extra vent will stop that !

I couldn`t get my starter out w/o removing the header , even w/ no bolts !!

A guy here had a chevette w/ a 454 in it , was a fast , prostock type car , ended up being stolen. There was a news clip of him about a yr ago , he got what was left of it back ------just sayin .

You never saw king Richard , trying a vinal top on one of his nascar stockers ? the wind actuall started ripping it off , he had to make a pit stop to tear the rest of it off. More wind/drag up there than u think.

offset plate , 4 bolt to 2 bolt for late alum master cyl. HAVE TO LENGTHEN THE BRAKE PUSHROD SAME THICKNESS AS THE PLATE . I CUT MINE IN TWO AND THREADED IT , PUT IT BACK TOGETHER W/ A 1/2'' THREADED COUPLING , ADJUSTED TO 1/2'' LONGER TO MATCH THE PLATE THICKNESS , WELDED IT SO IT WOULDNT MOVE...

Had to on my r/b w/ raised port heads , still had to mill the bottom back fin down on the mopar perf cover to get it off.

Maybe all right for a van , a car or hotrod , not so much !

How big of a tire can u get under that little valiant ?!-----May need a mini tub later .
