i t ran a 1.23 60 ft 5.5@124 and 8.69 @152 cast iron block , crank , head etc

its a 6 that replaced the slant 6 over here in 1970 we had a rt valiant charger with triple webbers on it ran 14.4 az a factory car , i think the engine was in small trucks in the usa ,that one in the pic will run high 7 i/4 in that car when sorted 2 bolt block std caps cast crank 245 cubic...

e 85 would help keep temp down which is a plus with turbos:burnout:

thanks mate his was blow thru and mine will be as well , did ya check the pics of a mates car with a straight 6 that has run 8 sin the 6 turbo build std block and head crank and mains 800 hp its tuff.

yes i am, the block i have been using has 3/4 hard fill std caps ,stud top and bottom with comtic gaskets the car and driver goes 3550 lbs and has run 140 mph on nos,i think the power around 700 hp from memory ,a mate had single turbo 408 std block ran around 8.50 at 168 mph elderbrock heads...

this is the best turbo tread i have red , thanks for taking the time to do it step by step it is similar to my build i have comming up 408,245 cnc indys,twin garetts gt3582r solid roller, power glide :cheers:

this is the same az a truck six engine in the seventys ,std block head ,std crank h beam rods forged piston 8.2 comp and power glide ran a best of 8.6@160 mph when it was 3000lbs now is a bit lighter comeing out in the next mouth hopeing for some sevens 1/4
