I guess I am fortunate, there is a old man and his two daughters that say they can install new foam in the bottom of my seats, and cover them with a near to stock gold material for 150.00 a seat. At 750 for covers, I would hope they would last 25 years or even more, I don't even want to look...

Makes me wonder what sadle soap would do, I wouldn't use it on that :steering: but it soften up old dried leather :D

They will need a good cleaning with prep whip, then a plastic coat (it's clear) coat will help it adhere and be flexible, like the prep thats done on plastic bumpers these days, it's been awhile so let hear from others on this

On my 66 valiant horn ring there is a small slot made for a small regular screw driver on the outer edge. .let me get on my computer and post a picture of it so you can see it ..i am on my phone at this time..be right back
