Agree, I would also remove any caben filter as this is done, a wet filter restricts air and contamination can happen, just be mindful the ducked work near the floor/heater box may leak a very little amount of solvent. This is a great way to get rid of decontamination in your system :thumbsup:

Not for sure but I am thinking from the water pump to the heater core then back in the intake, The water pump pushes hot water to the top of the radiator so I am just thinking the water would be hotter leaving the pump.... just thinking out loud here.. a good tech will jump in soon I am sure.

Cool !! Seems our dirt track racers prefer the Griffin's over everything.. They are tuff and cool there high revving engines. I hope this get's you on the street to enjoy some cruising.

What year model Radiator ? The older model won't hold very much pressure compared to the later models, lower pressure or it could split at the seams...... I would try a 12 to 13 lb and see how it does and unless it is pucking out antifreeze I would stay there if it stay's cool ..then go up from...
