Gotcha. I don't look at hot rodding, restoring, or anything I do with cars as an investment. For me, It's my escape from everyday life. I love it. It may be a colossal waste of money to some... And maybe it is. But I truly enjoy it!

If that's a '78 block, then why does it have round coolant holes, as opposed to the figure eight coolant holes? Is it possible that "8" is actually a "3"? Because that casting number sure looks like "3698830-440" which would make it an early...Pre '76 casting. So he'd still be misrepresenting...

This car is SUPER nice, like amazingly nice. But almost $48k? Really? Original "H" code, FC7, blah blah blah. Just a beautiful car, but I think they're high...Like smoking crack high. Seems off by about 20 grand to me, what do you guys think? Am I the one that's high? lol...

Yeah, I've got something similar to that a few times. Except I was asked something along the lines of "What's wrong with your car? Why is it making that lumpy noise? Sure looks nice though". LOL. My standard response is "Yeah, wow...I'll have to look into that, thank you!" ;)

I think some people, for whatever reason, get too wrapped up in the pony car wars. Me? I like everything...Have owned and hot rodded Mopar, Ford, and GM's. They've all produced some really nice cars over the years, imo. Your car is sick, by the way!
