Some of the private ones I've seen around here are registered and insured. Should be able to contact local trailer dealership or RV dealership and find out about price and availability.

A lot of times the best guys to find are the old timers in the dealerships. We have one here local who will do it on the side for little to nothing, just to remember the old days of non electronic, non TCM controlled cars.
