Swingers came with one horn. The Custom model, "dual horns" were standard. Dual horns were an option for all other Dart models. See the attached scan for the options from the brochure for 70 Darts. You can easily install dual horns yourself, very easy to do.

Hello, I am looking for quarter gallon sizes of Chemfil PPG DX579 metal cleaner and DX520 metal conditioner...I cant seem to find anywere where to buy those, other than from the manufacturer which sells gallon size. (I want quarter gallon).

LOL, yes they do, I have '72 Scamp taillights in my '70 Dart, personally, they look better.
