Find an experienced welder and have them weld it back. Had it done on a Duster back in the 80's.

There is a repair kit you can buy. I have one for both strikers but of course I can't find it to post a pic. You'll have to cut out a section of yours and weld it in. Do a search and you'll find it. Classic Industries MP41268 for the LH.

Just picked up on a set of AMD fenders for my Duster. They are for a '72. I have a '71. Gonna fill in the marker lights any way. Got the pair for $535. Just wanted to share if anyone else is looking. They have '73-'74 for the same price. Originally $499. I've seen them for $429 on other sites.

AMD has '72 and '73-'74 Duster fenders on sale for $249 each on their website.

Classic Industries show partial panels for both sides but doesn't verify who the vendor is. Goodmark shows both but they're listed at $671 each. Ouch!

Just got an online quote for a '71 Duster for $294 + taxes and/or mobile fees. the glass alone is $230. I figure about $350 total. Not bad when you consider the lifetime warranty.

There is a tool to remove them that presses against the pivot while lifting up on the wiper base. Makes it "lots" easier. Kind of like two small pickle forks on top of each other.

Everything bolts up. A friend had a '73 Dart Sport and installed a '70 Duster front end. Get everything though.

I need pointers on how to install a windshield on my '71 Duster. Should I put adhesive inside the windshield seal channel to hold the glass? Should adhesive go outside the seal against the window frame? I only want to do this once and have no leaks. I really need to hear from someone who's...

I've seen a '73 Duster with a '70 front end so I think so. The frame is the same. Some '73 and up models use different bumper brackets.

Yes they are. Even up to '75- '76. Even Scamp fenders will fit. I have a set of '75 Scamp fenders I plan to use for my '71 Duster and they're from a 4 door. The '73 and up grille, bumper/ brackets & hood is the only difference.
