    Suggested spark gap for .......

MSD 8.8 Wires They do not quit working but resistance just get higher. The class racing we do is often determined by a hundred or two sometime less. I replace the coil wire ever 20 runs or a couple of months as it gets 8 times the use. We run MSD 7 ignition with best HVC coil.

Never saw at set of these up close

I believe those are supposed to be for dirt late models and dirt modifieds, or any race car that races with noise restrictions.

    Ebay water pump explodes.

adjusting the timing with that pump will be more fun than russian roulet.... I can't understand why people always buy the cheapest parts. Collecting spare parts in the trunk instead install them.... I allways separate wrenching and driving, my tools stay at home.

    1974 340?

You can pick up a pair of calibers that work well at Harbor Freight or similar place for a very low investment compared to a set of Mics. I always bring then parts hunting! They have saved me numerous blunders!

Rear Deck Lid Spoiler for '67 Dart GT

Here you go...Charlie Allen's Saddleback Dodge '69 Dart funny car at OCIR. This was the only decklid spoiler I ever liked on the '67-'69 body style. I think the wing-style spoilers look terrible on A-bodies.

Last one to post in this thread wins!

Just wait till he becomes a car guy, then the hunt is on for a 10mm socket, or a 1/2 inch wrench

    Are 340’s rare

That's what she said. All kidding aside. When I got a virgin Mopar X Block (race block) I had options of what to do with it. 1st off the casting says 318 and takes 318 mounts. Since I have only ever run 340 blocks and tossed all 318 I ran across had to find a 318 mount. I had a early 340 someone...

Ship hit bridge, bridge crashes into water

This does not surprise me, at their rate of deployment and funding for maintenance I wonder how many things are looked over. I would suspect that auxiliary diesels and their ability to shift power bus transfers would be at the bottom of the list.

Rear Deck Lid Spoiler for '67 Dart GT

Your car you do what you want. Many awesome cars built by the factory were first built by enthusiasts.

I have heard they had problems and had been working on the ship for many hours before she left port.

Rear Deck Lid Spoiler for '67 Dart GT

I've never thought the A bodies looked good with a wing. There are a few B bodies I think they work for. But it's your car man, fix it up like you want.

Ship hit bridge, bridge crashes into water

In the comments of the video a Maerk engineer suggests that a fuel pressure drop could have had a domino effect knocking out all three generators. Another commenter, a longshoremen in Baltimore reports that the ship experienced power outages that day during loading and unloading of the vessel.
