Where are you in California? I have a few places I can send you to. Magnums have good ring seal well in to the 120,000 mile range. Anything before that I wouldn’t worry about. Usually a set of bearings gets you on your way. Bonus if you can hear it run and see the oil pressure before buying...

they're actually about 3" wider WMS, but you are correct in that they're only 1" wider on the perches. which some people fake it by just pushing in the springs. but that's some back yard hackery bobo ****. so you need really deep backspaced rims to run them on our cars. not an ideal...
