SUPER CHARGER BIG PAIN IN THE A**

Have you called the Mfg to see what they have to say?

    Bucket seats.

Now I need to find them. There's a couple swap meets coming up around here so fingers crossed. Floors are pretty well rotten so I'm planning on a whole new pan. It all boils down to dollars.

    Bucket seats.

@Mike the pol, RhinoMan68 is RIGHT!. Don't forget to reinforce those holes. You definitely cannot use the console with the bench seat. But trust me when I say that you will LOVE the buckets and console.

    Bucket seats.

Thank you RhinoMan68! I had no idea the B body stuff would work. And yep, I planned on just drilling where I needed to and hadn't considered reinforcing the area. I really appreciate the help.

That's interesting, is the red thing a wheel lock?
  7. RhinoMan68

    Bucket seats.

Since that's a 68 Barracuda and if you want to be correct...use 68-69 B body seats. The 66-67 will work, they just have a hard shell back and a little chrome trim strip. The rails however are a-body unique, ones from a 67 Barracuda (or Dart) WILL work as well. Just need to swap them...

    4.2 lever change

Oh, you mean there's more to consider than just a lever change? Like shift timing & shift overlap??? Why do you always have to pee in RR's Wheaties???

SUPER CHARGER BIG PAIN IN THE A**

...would work. I ended up using a shallow water pump pulley to work with my combo. Now back to SC issue. Looks like im going to have to locate a shallower crank pulley. Then that also means trying to find a deep water pump to go with it. LMAO Never thought it would be such a big pain in the a**

    Underbody paint advice needed

I have used a similar product. You should be fine with the possible rust if it is not driven in rain much. I would scuff with more than a scotch brite pad. I would scuff with 220 or 320 grit dry paper. that will give good mechanical adhesion, and the minor sanding scratches will be more than...

Brake Improvements - Looking for thoughts

1 inch master is stock for KH front disk. 15/16 master gives more pressure to the calipers. The pressures front to rear without a proportioning valve should be the same. My dart has 215 70 14 tires all 4 corners. I can't say I have tried to lockup the fronts but the brakes are much different...

A body 73 and up vs 72 and older front track width questions.

this is probably the best answer. bringing up the ride height and a slightly shorter tire will probably keep you out of trouble, even better if you have some stiff bars to limit the travel. on my 69 i'm at 26" with the 73~76 parts and quite low. i'm clear of the fenders except at the center of...

Brake Improvements - Looking for thoughts

I have a 68 Barracuda, 367/4-speed/3.55s/ at 3650 pounds/me in it. In the back are 295/50-15 on 10x2 drums, also no proportioning. In the front are 235/60-14s on KH 4-pot calipers on something like 10.7 discs The master is a 15/16 Disc/drum; On the back are 15/16 w/c's the Booster is off a 73>75...

I did try 2 different converters to see if it would fix the lousy 60’. First was a TCS and the second was from Ultimate Converter Concepts.
