All he likes to do is troll, start 318 strawman arguments and if there's no active 318 thread he'll dig some up lol, then play victim when people argue back.
As for being /6,273,318 forum, my guess 80-90% of A Bodies came with these engines.
Here are two plugs from an engine I’m tuning.
The plug with the shell on is where I started. Way fat.
The plug with the shell off is the last pull yesterday. It’s close but not there yet.
There is probably 8-10 hp left with carb changes but it’s still a bit fat. I could put fuel back in it...
There looks to be a smaller socket nested inside a larger socket. See my original post. These are factory pieces.....not like the one in the picture above. I'll send a picture, yeah that's it, a picture!
Hi All The needle on 65 barracuda temp gauge fell out. The little red needle piece……. Does anyone make new ones or does someone have one for sale. Any info is greatly appreciated
Nice Non Cap 273 Air Cleaner with base and pie tin. Not show quality but very nice driver. Does have some speckling/scratches and last photo taken from 4" away.
$200 plus the ride.
Location - Charlotte, NC
It does still have power steering.
Rear wheels are 18x11, tires are 295,45R18 (Custom Length for the axle to fit the backspacing)
Front wheels are 18x7, tires are not the final size I will be using. I have a taller side wall and wider tire to put on.
newer engine as in what? modern hemi? big job and can be pricey too. why not redo the 318 or stick a nice running 360 in it. being its already got a small block in it would make it the cheapest route.
I have the same question as the OP but for a 1975 bench seat Duster. Looking to replace the jury-rigged setup currently in the car with three point belts (no center belt). If anyone knows the bolt size for that year, or maybe even have the bolts, please let me know. TIA
If anyone needs a nice back glass for an early Barracuda, there is one in the Lincoln NE U Pull It. I didn't know if they reproduce them or not. You would have to be fairly close I assume.
