    cfm for 318

    ive got everything done on my 318 except carb size. i bought a 600 eddy but am having doubts about it. my 318 is bored .40, 360 heads that have had some work done, edelbrock performer rpm airgap intake, heddman headers, and dome pistons. is 600 big enough?

    cleaning heads

    alright. i pulled my heads off after i picked my motor up today. they didnt get cleaned so i need to clean them. i work on a plating line and we have a caustic cleaner tank. can i just put the whole head assembly in the tank or should i disassemble it? im not going to turn on the barrel rotation...

    cam identification?

    tomorrow i am gonna try to figure out what cam i have. I was reading up and from what i understand if the cam is a stock mopar cam it wont have any identification on it and ill have to measure it. what all do i have to measure? and if it is aftermarket, where would i be looking for a stamp at?

    318/727 combo

    when my car is in gear, with the foot on the brake, the car will lunge forward. with that in mind, the motor is out of the car, just had a buddy put a new gasket set on, he didnt get any internal info for me like he was supposed to, and i dont have a tach. because of wiring issue.     unsure what stall i should use

    ok. i have a 318 that is legitamely built up. I had someone tear the motor down and replace every single gasket on the darn thing. They never took down any casting numbers or serial numbers for me like they were supposed too. Everything is back together minus the carb. and headers and the block...
