I'm looking to buy this vehicle, buddy of mine only wants 1000 for it. It drives and shifts just fine and makes a clunk/thud when you shift into reverse, but goes no where. Shifts through the forward gears just fine.

Can someone please take a picture of their stock boot that mounts to the floor in your car.I have one that is rectangular, but all the floor humps i'm seeing look like the mounting trim should be rounded on the ends. Confused on if I have the stock boot or not.Thank you.

Would clutch/brake pedals from a 63 dart with a 3 speed on the column work for use in a 4 on the floor swap in my 65 valiant? I seem to recall there being differences in the early a' pedals making some not useable with certain years.
