    All thought appreciated.. The old school Crane 683802 was my choice for a 440 Duster, with gears(3:70-ish" and a road runner converter ...( 2000-2#00 stall.. Most likely a low compression factory 440 block, with stock heads, possibly pocket ported... Exhaust are based on the old McCandless...

    low deck based 383/432 builds...

    Found a old school steel 440 crank/383 rodded/ trw piston 432 setup. Pistons I already have,the rest is machined and ready to go . Anyone had any experience with this combo,feel free to share. Thanks.

    Does anyone use these anymore?....

    Was down at the local speed shop. (Used to work for him,). He does a lot of B/RB and Chev Rat builds. Started digging in the back inventory room. Found a crusty Victor head set box. Had steel shim head gaskets,with 6 bolt holes per cylinder.Found a part number,crossed it. Pointed to 64/65 OEM...

    The recent thread,by a good professional,got FABO locals ramped up. Seen a similar build,in a 74 Club Cab 4x4.Damn thing, laid rubber everywhere. (228/234 @.050 hyd flat tappet). .Share your B/RB builds.....(stock short block)....
