2012 Mopars at Thunder Mountain

Any FABO members going to Mopars at Thunder Mountain June 3, 2012?

I will be there again. Should be better than the cluster f--- last year, with just the Mopars this time.

Just got the engine back in the car after having to replace bearings and oil pump due to crank thrust bearing failure. Hopefully I can shake it down before June 3rd but at least its running again.

Great show at Bandimere Speedway for the Mega Mopar Action at Thunder Mountain yesterday. Probably 30 A bodies. Tons of gorgeous B and E bodies along with a few C bodies and several Chrysler 300's. All kinds of modern era Chargers Vipers and Mopar Action magazine will have coverage in an upcoming mag. FABO was well represented too. Jaws was runner up in the A Body Plymouth and I was runner up in the A Body Dodge classes. Congrats Jaws. Gorgeous car! I was bad and left my camera at home but a friend was taking pics so I will get some posted.

Damn, I got there at about 1:50 pm just in time for the races but didn't catch anyone at all....

You walked rite by me when you were leaving, But I didn't notice the shirt until you were across the staging lanes on your way out. Was a good FABO turn out.
