Does this look familiar? Can't tell if this is the original Carter two barrel that came on this 71 Scamp. Would suspect it is as this thing is untouched, but just wondered if this looks right? ThanksName: IMAG0040.jpg Views: 75 Size: 48.5 KB

I am certainly not the expert, but all the Carter carbs I have seen on 2 bbl SB's had the fuel inlet in the center of the bowl, and in a horizontal plane. Still, it looks like it fits perfectly with your brackets and belongs there.

NP. They are good carbs. I have two on an early Hemi intake going onmy 331.
