It is so great that a club comes together for this. I know Western is really proud of his new wheels and trophy. Great job.

Convert the shot out front of the store to B&W.
Man, that is so awesome. He'll remember that the rest of his life.

That is freaking cool. Now you gotta figure out a way to easily get a lawn mower engine in it as well, but still be easily removable so it's still eligible for SBD racing.

Another plan was to build a little soapbox kind of car with an engine and in the shape of a tow truck to use to drag the soapbox derby back up to the top of the hill for Westen (he's confined to a wheel chair).

I would like to invite you all to the Horsepower Hooligans website that was just created earlier this week. It still needs a LOT of work but it's a start.

So....when are the hoodies and t's gonna be available on that website? If they look like the "artist rendition", I'd like to add one to my wardrobe.

Right now it's a matter of capital. We are a brand new club with only a few members.
The president is actually painting up a fridge sort of like Westen's Soapbox car (flames, maybe the skull, etc). We will auction THAT off and use the money from that to purchase the first run of gear.

For those interested a very limited first run of t-shirts will be available in a weeks time. The contact info for the club president is on the website or you can contact him on our forum.

That is awsome. And the idea of a mini tow truck to put him back up the hill is just cool. Makes me wanna build 1 just to sit in from of the garage.
Maybe I need to find a car club around here.
