I have a dream... Project Polara

1973 Dodge Polara 880

smoky metallic platinum w/ white roof

navy blue wheel w/ baby moon hubcaps

seats navy and white leather

interior-white headliner

door panels silver

carpet navy

engine- 440 Magnum

I have a dream, now all I need is the car to make it happen

I know my dream car isn't like anyone else's, but it's mine all mine. I think the 73 Polara is beautiful. I had a 65 Polara for a few months when I was 19, but a friend totaled it....( the little bastard). I am seeking a car to restore myself, Project Polara

no picks yet, hence the title "Project" Polara. It could take a while...

You do know this is an A-Body site? Your dream car is a C-Body. Not to be the "buzz kill" but there is a C-Body Forum for your dream car.

C-bodies are cool ....i used to build C-body cars before going all A........but just a word about Cs .......only buy what you dont mind getting stuck with .....Cs are very underappriciated and parts can be hard to find and expensive and it wont make the car worth anymore.........C- body guys for the most part are picky opiniated grandpas that wont think twice to pick you car into a million pieces if you ever try to sell. C-bodys generally do not sell for good prices and are not worth a whole lot compare to A or B counterparts

i like the way Cs look but Cs should come with a disclaimer waiver before you get involved with one .........they are not like A or B body cars that sell good and for good money ...easy to build ....easy to find parts for......

if you do get involved with a C ....pm me with what you need bcoz i have a ton of Cs in a local salvage yard and old contacts from when i used to be a C-body person and maybe i can help you out if any ....if needed......

Good luck with whatever you decide
