Barracuda 69 Rear finish panel restored!

I got tired of the rear finish panel this weekend so I decided to restore it.
After a few hours of work so it became like new =).
or what do you think?

How about some close ups? Did you do any metal repairs or just repaint it? (Just curious since that lower edge looks pretty ragged in the first photo.)

Looks great! I know that parts are hard to come by, but you may want to try and get ahold of a driver's side 69 tail light to match up with that great looking panel. The edges of those tails are black like the panel as well.

Additionally, the centers of the letters should be black as well. Here is a pic of mine that I just posted in another thread:

I am not criticizing because that is a great improvment! It goes good with that paint and the black bumper! Keep up the good work!

I have been trying to find the other backlight. But it is very hard to come by as you said. My girlfriend is more steady on the hand so she will paint the centers of the letters.
Thanks

I used my little hammer and some grinding papper. But it wasn't that bad.
Thanks
