Thanks! I'm near Sacramento. I do have quite a collection, I just wish they were all actually as nice as they look in the pictures. Its amazing what standing back 15-20 ft will do. :-D
As far as the 440 source goes, I'm pretty sure that all the mopars (except the 8 bolt versions of course) had the same 6 bolt spacing. But I'm not a big block guy either.
Here's the diagram for drilling a neutral balance flywheel. Forgot all about this, I just went straight to part numbers since you asked. Good catch caferacerx.
I forgot about this one too...
KMJ sells a plate that fits between the crank and the flywheel to provide an external balance, allowing you to use a neutral balance flywheel. The plate provides the external balance you need for the 360.

Now, that said- I haven't ever used one, or done business with this company before. But for 17.95, I'd say its worth a try. I have heard of some issues with KMJ, but again, for 20 bucks it might be worth a shot.
They are also listed on eBay, for some added protection. However, they are listed as 383/440 balance plates there. I believe all the external balance items were the same, but again, I'm not a big block guy.
