Seat belt interlock bypass/disable

Hi
I have a 74 duster with that stupid seat belt interlock. Thank god for this forum, cus I'd still be trying to start my car after I changed the bench to buckets! Someone on here told me to buckle the belts, and it worked!
Does anyone know how to disable this useless function?

Thanks, Dan. It looks easy enough. I'd like to take the center seat belts right out since I have the buckets now.

Ted is correct. If all you do is disconnect the junk under the seats, that still sets you up for a CORROSIVE CONTACTS FAILURE in the safety relay. Best way is to bypass the source of the problem

anyone have a guess if this is the only difference between 73' and 74' wiring harnes's?
