I know someone who better drop everything they're doing or have scheduled and head to Las Vegas right now! For the 2nd week in row 'BigRichieO' hit the exacta and picked both 1st and 2nd place finishers - last week at Daytona and this week in Phoenix.

OK, here's what we're gonna do! Starting next week with the Kobalt Tools 400 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway and continuing for the rest of the 2012 Sprint Cup season, you're going to have to make 3 picks.
In addition to picking 2 drivers for the race as we have been, make one pick for the Pole Winner. Pick the Pole Winner and get -1 point.
You need to list all 3 picks: Pole Winner and 2 drivers. I will not assume that your 1st driver listed is your pick for the Pole. If you don't specify your pick for the Pole, then you won't have a chance at getting the -1 Pole Winner bonus.

Of course, your Pole Winner pick will need to be posted prior to Qualifying. You driver picks can be made after Qualifying, but must be posted before the scheduled time for the Green Flag drop.

I would think that if you want the pole position point it needs to be posted before qualifying homecloned. But if you don't want the extra point, post before the flag drop's

Looks like you posted at least 10 minutes before the flag dropped.. I don't know how to check scoring so I don't have a clue Mike.. ocdart was gone early Sunday morning and missed the race at a car club meeting..

I use the scheduled time for the green flag drop as posted on NASCAR.com race schedule. I use this time just in case I'm not in front of a TV when the race starts. I think this is fairest way to do this for everybody, but I'm open to suggestions.

I didn't take that into account when I made my announcement post after the Phoenix race last night - I've since revised that post.
Qualifying pick needs to be posted prior to the start of Qualifying. Race driver picks can be made after Qualifying but must be posted prior to the scheduled time for the Green Flag drop.
