Another disc swap question

I picked up a sbp Kelsey Hayes set up for my dart. Complete with upper arms, spindles, ball joints, calipers and most hardware, it did not come with the prop valve, I've read threads and reread threads.... But I can't come up with a definitive answer in what I need to do about this. I've heard just tee the front and add an adjustable prop valve for the rear, I've heard get one from a later model a body, as well as using one off a chebby. Also the master cylinder issue confuses me, residual pressure or not. I've been told that the earlier units don't have them but the later ones do, but if I use a later master do I have to change the rear wheel cylinders too? I want to stay manual brakes does the pedal pushrod have to be changed??
