As I'm sure most of you are already aware, our valued member Ramenth and his wife Sarah are having some serious issues lately with her recently diagnosed brain tumor.
Robert has in effect closed down his shop in order to be able to stay home with Sarah while she recuperates and gets ready for the next round of tests and diagnoses.
I wish I could do more ... like most everyone else in this economy, I'm barely making ends meet myself. But I can't sit idly by while my friend and his wife are having a tough time and not at least try to help out a little.
He started a
thread for prayers which are no doubt appreciated and helping out, but we're FABO! I believe we can do better.
I'm starting this off by offering up a $100 Phoenix Specialty Coatings Gift Certificate for open bidding with all proceeds going to Ramenth Robert and Sarah to help them get through the next few weeks / months. This auction will run for two (2) weeks and will end on Saturday, July 14, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. Central time.
If anyone else wants to kick something else in for bidding or just make a donation, feel free to add it here to this thread.

P.S. This, like other FABO benefit fund raisers and events in the past, is a positive thing that can only do good. I will NOT tolerate any negative commentary or jealous outbursts in this thread and each one will be reported and hopefully dealt with appropriately.
P.S.S. I shouldn't have even had to include the P.S. but it seems a few people get their thongs in a bunch and have to try to ruin anything good that happens around here lately.
