Looks like you have a good starting point. It will be fun watching your progress. What do you have planned for chassis, wheel tubs etc.

Start of frame work and cage

Start of chassis and cage posted and will be putting tubs in place of stock wheel houses and streching wheel wells. Going to run drag radials with a caltrac setup. Also putting a rack and pinion setup front end under it.

Very cool and nice work indeed. Big fan of the early Valiant cars. Keep us posted as work progresses.

I am a big fan of the early Valiant cars also, Welcome and looking forward to watching this build.
Looking great!

mrhotrod,
That thing looks so fast it blurred my vision of the last pix! Nice work on the cage, it is clear that you have been down this road before. Looks like a pretty nice shop that you have to work in, lots of room to move around. What kinda tubing bender are you using to create this masterpiece? What are you using for a design model? Thanks. L8r

No design model will be all custom fit to the car.

So after they blasted the car,Did they spray e-primer on it??? is that what the green shade is??? I have a 66 sitting in my driveway --You got me thinking--Steve
