got a question in reguards to the demon near the bottom. did you look at this car very closely? the reason i ask is it looks very much like a mexican superbee for 1972. i did a thread in the tech section on these cars. it caught my eye and made me wonder. anyway i am glad i got my fix for the day! thanks dave!

Good looking ladies there. Think I'd like to slip inside and take them for a ride, one at a time.

It's a Dixco hood tach. Mopar Aftermarket in the 60's and 70's sold them through the dealer with their sticker on them.
The car is in Ventura or Oxnard locally.
There is a black 68 318 Dart GTS that is/was in West LA near my parents house. That car is cool too. It has a Barracuda dash, rear center arm rest, and 68 GTS hood louvers. And it's a heater delete car. Used to come to Spring Fling a lot.

Anyone have detail pictures of that multi colored 68 SS Barracuda injected hemi. You'll see why it won Spring Fling 2007 best of show.

Here's the engine of that Barracuda. I think this is the one you are talking about. That was a bitchin motor.
This was one on my favorite no a-bodies.

Good seeing you there too John. You should park your 65' dart vert next to my 66 valiant vert at the next Fall Fling. I should have everything done by then. I talked to Dwight for a little bit too.

Me and my son also went to the fling, We thought we died and went to Mopar Heaven. I see that most of these pictures were taken on saturday. We were parked right behind the orange 340 duster. We caught him on the 5 freeway in whittier, it was kinda cool to cruise in like a convoy to the show. As this was the dusters maiden voyage on the freeway going that far. It was the first time we entered a car show. We definately will be at the next one in So Cal. We're gonna try and dragg the misses with us to the next one. She still thinks that the duster is a P.O.S. car but at least shes got a MOPAR. -= 2005 Dodge Magnum =-
p.s. we have lots of pictures from sunday, we will post them later....

Yep it's a 1972 Valiant Superbee from Mexico. I was parked next to him in that pix. I was talking to him while we were cleaning our cars & he drove all the way from Mexico to the show. I think he told some one it was like 1500 miles that he drove. The weather was great Except for the wind, my California duster got a work out this weekend. I wish I would have met up with some of you guys that went. On Sunday I was near the begining of the 2nd row of "A" bodies & was hanging out under the tree for most of the day.
