Just picked this up last weekend. It is a 75 Duster 225/6 auto. I got it off my brother for 1000$. When I was down there I allso picked up my 72 Demon parts car. My brother has all ready started to convert it over to a 72 Demon So the front is done. But the only thing usable on the rear of the parts car was the Bumper mounts and the tail lights. So I need to get some parts for that befor I can finish it as a Demon.

My plan is to dirve it and fix it up as I go. One day I would like to turn it in to a BB drag car. So I will be doing some of thouse mods as well.

Will take more pic's when I get home to night. And will be starting a thread in the members restoration forum as soon as I get the Demon tore apart and cut up.

Here are some better pics.

It is in good over all shape. My brother has all ready done some work on it. But he was 17 when he did it and was on tite on money. So some things could have been done better. But I still think he did a good job with what he had.

The Doors were changed to the Demons but the driver side window was broken out buy some punk kids. So it has the Duster's door on it for now till I take the glass and switch it over to the Demon door.

The last two pic's are of the poor Demon

ale: Im going to miss that car. It was going to be the BB drag car project. Till some stupid lady who does not know where the brake peddle is rear ended it.

What the hell was the little old lady driving a friggin Mack truck!!! I like the bent spring. You can save that tail panel if you really wanted to.

So your brother was the one that had that car in Phelan area? I scoped that car a few times. It was on the bag a few times IIRC.

Ya the tail panel could mabby be saved but like crackedback said, Thay make them new now! That and a bumper is all I will need. The tail lights were in very good shape and were not broke at all beleave it or not. The bumper mounts are a little tweeked but not bad.

Ya he was the one that had it up for sale in Phelan for a while.

It is a solid strat car. For 1000$ I said hey, why not.
I am going to gut it and tub it and turn it into a drag car one day any way.

Been cutting the Demon apart, when it has not been raining. It is coming along slowly but it not be to much longer and I will have it all apart and hauled off to the dump. Then I can get started on the Duster:cheers:

I am going to call the project the DustDemon.

Nice job stripping,just finished doing the same to a 73 donar dart.Was,nt much left..got $30 bucks from scrapyard.Keep busy :cheers:

Good score! I noticed that the demon has a star on it, just like your rescue. May I mention that Star looks great too!

Thanks ramcharger. Star is doing very good. My brother put the star stickers on the car. I don't know what they mean. I think it has some thing to do with moto X. But am not sure.

It took a bit of work :clock: but I got it done today. Just have a few more parts to rob.

Got it apart! Just have to rob a few more parts and hall the rest off to the dump.

I just blocked up the K-member and trans then cut the body off of it and left the motor trans sit there.
