New Track coming to Palm Bay, FL Mid 2010

Hey Racers ! I just found a website that is planning to to build a NHRA Sanctioned 1/4 mile track (and more) in Southern Palm Bay, Florida. Their website is http://www.ih-racing.com/. I have e-mailed them and they are legit. Hopefully the 1st pair of cars will run mid 2010! Woohoo!!!!! If you would like to race this track PLEASE e-mail them with your support. They need the support to get this idea approved by the local municipalities. And I want a track 20 minutes from my house (Who wouldn't?)... If you know someone in FL who races, please tell them about it.

Weren't there rumors a couple of years ago about a track trying to get started near Melbourne and it stalled?

Were there any considerations of going with IHRA?

Either way, it's always good to see a track going up instead of shutting down.
