Great work by PSC
Leanna has made another customer very happy! Check these pics out:
From start, to delivered, to installed.
Their work was genuine craftsmanship. I had many parts powdercoated locally a few years ago. There is no comparison to the obvious efforts they put into my manifold. If y'all were even thinking of having any parts done up, please give Leanna & Billy every consideration. They were quick, great to talk with on the phone and wanted to make sure I was happy.
And, don't worry. She is doing another manifold for my Mopar. I've given her permission to post those pictures if they turn out as nice as these parts...

I would never think of having anyone else do my powder coating than Leanna and Billy from PSC. Leanna did a disassembled Bosch alternator for me and I never had to tap a hole or remove powder coating from a bearing bore.
Their work is top-notch, no ifs, and or buts. Done deal. Note how she kept the coating off where it needed to be off on your specific job, these people are second to none and first to all, and "Old World Craftsmanship" in today's world. What else could I say?

C, you picked up two honors here with that Pontiac manifold: that beast is the heaviest one I've had the pleasure of working on to date, and I think you set the Land/Speed Mechanic Record for the quickest customer installation!!! (I wonder if the drool was dry yet? lol) Seriously though, it's delightful to read such nice comments and know you're happy with the parts and custom color.
Your Eddy Performer, timing cover and hardware are all finished up for the Mopar now too (got a lot done yesterday). I'll be back in a little while with a few photos so you can pick your favorite.
Thanks again for your business and the really great post! Makes me proud.

As promised earlier, here are a few shots of clhyer's Edelbrock Performer 318/360, timing cover and a bunch of hardware, now all dolled up in a color called Skiers Blue. I'm not gonna pick a favorite but ya'll can if you want to.

Too funny! Billy does a great impression of Paul Sr. once in a while ... walks into the shop with the dark shades, leather jacket, pony tail, and yells in that accent: "COAT THE PARTS!" He even shaved his beard just like him the other night for a special effect (temporary) -- cracked me up!
Oh yeah, with all this talk of intakes I forgot to mention they're on sale this month. http://www.forabodiesonly.com/mopar/...referrerid=641 Thanks for taking me up on it clhyer!!!

CudaChick1968 - They look great! Should dress up the ol' engine bay real nice. It will be awhile though, before they make it on.
As for my other two "records". The intake would have been on Monday night except I had a meeting to attend. As for the weight, you're telling me. I'm not a big guy, and holding that out at arm's length, stretched over the fender, while I threaded it around wires, brackets and engine parts was not easy! It was worth it though...
Leanna & Billy, y'all are the best!

clhyer....you think the Poncho's intake is heavy, try a 390 or 460 F*rd cast intake. Whew!! I sometimes use a friend, a 6ft 2x4 and a chain to lower it in. They're back-breakers!

Just my humble opinion, but I think they will look pretty darn good in contrast with Mopar Perf. black air cleaner & valve covers...
65Val, don't doubt that a bit. I will have to take a look at the next car show we go to. FWIW, not everyone knows - Pontiac did not have small & big blocks. Only one V8 block for everything from a 326 to a 428. Tonights trivia, and now back to Leanna---
I will add another plug here. I honestly did not know how good a pc piece could look. It was quite obvious to me that Leanna & Billy take pride in their work and want us, their customers (and friends) to be happy. Very happy.

Thanks for all the great comments and photo memories guys!
I added a bunch of new work to the photobucket Gallery last night (still need to put it on the website's Gallery page though), scattered a few new pics throughout the site, and finally updated the PSC Feedback page with several recent comments. (It seems I lost a few write-ups I was saving in my email when the computer crashed last month, so if you don't see yours please re-send it to me and I can add it in there with your fellow FABOers' commentary.)
Some of you may recall that PSC's anniversary is next month (Memorial Day weekend), and the biggest development to date should tie in nicely with that celebration. I can't say more right now for fear I'll jinx it, but rest assured it's something we've ALL been waiting for!
Thanks once again to the Fabulous FABO!!! You guys make my job easy and fun.
