this is the 400 i have had for sale for 2weeks. a friend to the forum ask me to rewright it due to lack of information. this block has been bored over 40 and honed with TQ plates using i believe 320 stones. the full rotating assembly has been balanced, and each rod, piston, ring set,and piston pin was weighed.each piston/rod combo was within 5 grams of each other. the KB240 pistons were detailed removing all sharpe edges. Eagle 3D steel H beam rods and the total seal piston ring are 0 gap rings the 2nd ring is the 0 gap. the top ring is file fitted to .035,sec .020 and the oil is stock measurments.brass freeze plugs were installed.a mopar performance windage tray is installed w/a 187 oil pan and pickup. a melling HV oil pump and K&N oil filter are installed too.a comp cams double roller timine gear set is there whick can be installed eather 3 degeres+/- and is installed at 0. a voodoo camshaft with a .513 intake lift and an exhaust lift of .533.lifters came with the cam. also a bronz intermedate shaft bushing and a new melling shaft is included. mopar performance chrom timing chain cover, chrom fuel pnmp block off plate, chrome distributor hold down,ARP main studs,ARP head studs are also installed.i'mselling this for $1800.00 yes i'm giving this away. the reason for the sale is i have been out fo work for 18 months and am now broke! if you would like to buy my big bolck 727 trans w/the motor it will got for $2500 w/a mopar M1 intake the trans has been rebuilt fully the factory 3 clutch was removed and a 4 clutch drum and pack installed. a cheeta manual/automatic valve boby was installed. what this means is you cam drop it into drive and it will shift like a auto. but you can also shift manually as well. no matter the speed or RPM!!!. the builder gave me his word that it will shift "very" hard!!! motor and trans will need at least a 3000 stall speed converter. the trans alone is $900.00 if you any more info please call me at (434) 806-4494 ask for bobby
