1970 340 duster filler neck question

Hi y'all, I'm having a hard time figuring out what to do with my filler neck, it has pitted and flakey rust, should I just try and grind it off, or should I try and get a new one, and does anyone know where to find one? Thanks any help would be greatly appreciated

Anyone have any idea? I'm thinking about making a new one because it is basically a straight piece of pipe
