215 or 225 60/15s. 225s might be a tad wide for a 6" rim, but will fit, and are about as big as you can comfortably go in front. 215s are a better fit on a 6" wheel and gives you plenty of clearance.

I have 15" X 7" wheel vintique on all four corners. The rear tire size is 255 X 60 X 15
and the front are 235 X 60 X 15. I believe the backspace is 4 1/2" iirc. No issues at all with any clearance or rubbing.

Yeah I heard 15 ' of it in the San berdinio mountains. That's a lot anywhere.

I have 15x6 with 215/60r15 on the front. I am thinking of going to 205/65r15 .
Can you take a picture from the front to see the width in the wheel well?

If you are not looking for a wider tire you can go with a 205/70/15, had those up front with 15x6 wheels and 275/60/15 with 15x8s in the rear.
Looking for a racy type look dont want a real wide tire on front had a 15x7 rim with 225/65/15 now have 15x6 wheel want to bring rim and tire in more than what my car looked like before

Can take pic from front at angle to see how the tire sits in the fenderwell if you get a chance
