Cometic head gasket crush rate

Can anyone running cometic head gaskets tell me the typical crush rate of one? I'm going to run a .060 gasket in an effort to reduce compression ratio. Just trying to run some numbers through a calculator, and I know it will collapse some once its torqued. I don't want to run an random number through the calculator and don't want to waste a high dollar head gasket either.....

You tell them when you order what you want it to be compressed. If you order a ".060" gasket, it will be thicker than that until you install and torque it. Then it will be .060 thick.

Thanks, I've never dealt with them before so I didn't know how that worked on those.
