It doesn't look like a '70 Dart grille because it's not... it's a Duster grille. As a matter of fact, it's an entire Duster front clip. But it looks like it has the "DART" part of the "Dart Swinger" logos below the rear side glass like a '70 Dart has, so I don't think it's a '71 Scamp, but rather a '70 Dart with a Duster front clip. The side profile of the fender is a dead giveaway, if the grille isn't.

Oh yeah, it has the Dodge trunk lid badge too. You can also tell it's a Duster front clip by the obvious Duster front bumper. It's a Hodge Podge Dodge.
