Hey guys title says it all!
I have a decent console with a 67-69 top and it is all in pretty decent shape, enough that I dont have the heart to make a few modifications to fit a B&M shifter in the Hole.
So I am looking for a top plate and storage door, the only thing I am really concerned with is that the outer chrome part is not broken.
To give you a better idea, I plan on making a new plate to cover the shifter hole and what is typically the wood grain or argent and black stripe. I have some really cool looking stainless steel sheet metal to cover it with.
I need to make the shifter hole about a 1/2" bigger from front to back.
Like I said though I need to have the chrome "lip" or sides to be in tact. It doesnt matter if it is rusty or pitted, as I will probley powder coat it anyhow.
I dont want to spend so much that it wont seem worth it, so if you have one thats pretty shabby and cant seem to sell it hook me up! lol thx guys
