The guy that was sitting by my car when I got back said someone came by looking for me. Sorry I missed you but we had gone over to the veterans salute and Elvis. Hope to meet up with you before week is out. I saw you car. I will be around until Sat, Joe
 
Dave, really enjoyed talking with you today at the Marina. Many thanks to Killer and the gang from The Big Easy, they put on another great meal and the fellowship with other Mopar people was awesome, Joe
 
A little late, but I just saw this posted on FB today by a friend who lives in Biloxi. Hope to join you guys one of these years!

Dave, enjoyed the visit at Long Beach. The "Ole Girl" made the trip down and back without any problems. I think I'm about ready for a long trip.

Enjoyed meeting and talking with you a minute and seeing your car in person. Beautiful car. I'm the guy that has the 69 barracuda fastback at Tim Ross's place in Crystal Springs. Also have a 67 Dart conv but it's not quite driveable yet. Sorry hurricane Hate messed things up for all of us.

it's about time you have some good luck. lol. you should have a good time in the ozarks this time of year. take me some pictures. iv'e got one more job coming up, then i'm going to tear into mine. going to try to be finished by the battle ship. dave.

good to meet you too joe, your not that far away from mobile. you should try to come to the battle ship next year. i'll be there, but dont know if my car will be ready or not. later, dave.
 
Dave, I always have a conflicting get together that same weekend every year. Hard to turn down all the jumbo boiled shrimp, crawfish, catfish and all the fixing along with all kinds of desserts for a car show, ha ha

It was in the paint booth last Tuesday. Had gotten it's final coats of clear and they were going to do final cut and buff. It will have headliner and windshield and back glass installed and rear axle under it but not much more than that.
 
That time again in little over a week! Who is going this year?

hey joe, i'll be there all week i'll try to look you up. son's coming down from ark. thursday and friday, so wont be at the marina. dont get to see them maybe every three or four years. dave.

Dave, I'll be there Thursday and Friday. I'll be at Long Beach on Thursday. I'll call you when I get down there. Maybe we can visit for a few minutes.

My wife and I stayed at margaritaville hotel in Biloxi this spring, nice place. Wish we could make it to cruising the coast....
 
Went down Mon and my brother that always goes with me got a call before we got there that his house on Toledo Bend had burned so needless to say he had to go back to Texas. I went and registered at Cruise Central and they let him text his drivers license so I could pick up his packet also. When I went to check in at Golden Nugget they wouldn't let me since he wasn't there to sign even tho I got him on phone to talk to them. Said they would have to start a new process and tried to double rate on me so I stayed last night since it was already paid and they wouldn't refund it. I left this morning and came back to Ala since I have about 80 acres of hay needing to be cut. I cut about half of it today. Sorry I will miss Mopars at the Marina and getting to talk with you, Joe

That truly sucks that the casino tried to make extra money off your brother's misfortune. Sorry to hear about this.
