Fuel cap, 70 Dart, California models

Hello, I'm confused about gas caps, vented vs. non-vented.

The owners manual says "California must use a pressure-vacuum relief gasoline cap on all models."


So, would this be a non-vented or a vented cap?

for CA emissions vehicles only the cap is different from other 70 caps - I think it is the same as a 71 cap but not sure. It vents under negative pressure so that it lets air in under vacuum, but doesn't let it out under pressure.
