Will a fuel pump block off plate from a V8 fit on a slant six? Looked at different suppliers and all are for BB and SB V8s
I Put on an electric fuel pump due to fuel delivery issues but the old mech fuel pump is still mounted to the engine, I know it will eventually blow it's oats and leave me with a puddle of oil under it

Sorry if this has been asked before, went back several pages and didn't see anything

Yes, but if it has a logo or brand name on it it will be upside down.............................

the shape and bolt pattern are the same for the v-8 and 6 cylinder fuel pumps, so it should work...

Yep, here is the one on my race motor.

Yes, one fits my 1964 slant fine. Actually the other way around. A fuel block-off plate leaked on my 65 383 engine. It wasn't seating tight because the edge hit the curve in the block. I had to file that end off a bit to fit. I block off because I run an EFI pump on both.

ha, I just made one.....scrap style...Down and dirty! But BadVerts looks a helluva lot better
