Needle Bearing Supplier

Any leads on a bearing suplier? I need the needle bearing on the shaft of a 65 Federal power steering pump. It was marked Torrington Y-1112. O.D. 0.875"; I.D. 0.625"; Width 0.75"; full compliment.

If anyone still makes a replacement, ANY good bearing house should be able to interchange the number

So far as I know, Torrington is still in business, (part of TImken?) they probably would have a line on it

You don't want to call the Timken company, you want to find a local bearing supplier in your town. SURELY Houston has a couple. Even little 'ol Spokane has a couple of bearing supply houses. That's not to say they have it in stock.

Yes - we have bearing houses, but the didnt want to talk until I dropped my employers name. I reccon that's what they mean by perceived value. ;)

There doesn't seem to be a direct replacement, but I've got a few options on the way. I'll post up what works.
