Seats look good. After a nice warm sunny day you will walk outside and be surprised how good they look

Oh the old lacquer paint can still bring a shine
You mean that old acrylic enamel can still bring a shine. Unless your car was repainted with lacquer, it came from the factory wearing acrylic enamel not lacquer. But she does look good just the same.

Thanks for the info....... thought it was lacquered
It's the original from dry dead paint to a reflection shine with the rust.

Something I have to research a little harder, in November the 25, 1965 the barracuda went into production based on my current research, my Formula S was complete on Nov 30, 1965
My seat build tag are dated Nov 15, 1965 and another strange thing the original seats do not have a pipe strip around the edges of the seats they are smooth. Another crazy thing I am trying to figure out, on the certicard it's hard to read if it says John sorenson or John Samson, wouldn't this be something! Sooooooo historical paperwork going out tomorrow. Fingers crossed

Hmmmm....a car built in November of 1966 would have been a 1967 model year vehicle. Your 1966 car was built in November 1965 for the 66 model year, not November 1966. My 66 Barracuda was built on December 22, 1965.

Someone has been very busy!! Looks great.

Did you find any mice carcasses?

I did in the very back under the metal shelf cute little guy light tan and white and the other was just bones.

I found 3 mostly bones when I did mine about 3 years ago. They had chewed through the wire sheathing of my fuel sending wire!
