Hello interested in thoughts and experience with the comp cams nostalgia purple plus pp284h.i was going to run a 284 mopar purple cam but they just cost to much for me rite now.unless I will loose power compared to the mopar cam.id like to run it.but wanna hear experience with it.basic build will consist of 360.kb107.magnum heads.rpm intake.750hp holley.3000-3500 stall.410 rear gears 28" tire.see the purple cam is like $300 or $400.a pp284h kit with springs double roller chain retainers.etc.is $450 So that's a good deal to me because you can get pretty much all new valve train compared to just cam and lifters if going with the mopar cam.

The Purple Cams prices went through the roof now that there not stocking or selling anymore parts for the old engines.

The Comp cam should be better. It is a fresh take on a old cam.
