Uni fit aluminum slots? Many, many, many companies have made them over the years. Call a company that sells a lot of different brands of wheels and give them your measurements. They will find something to fit. Here in Minnesota I have used Wheel City (952) 736-0990 or American Tire Distributors. Wheel warehouses come and go, so I make no guarantee Wheel City is still open. It's been a while.

it says 15x7 on the back of the wheel and it also has MEXICO molded in the back side of the rim

I'd bring the wheel with you to several tire and stores and see what will fit. I see no screw holes so you'll either need to drill some, get snap-in caps, or ones that push through from the back side.

I had a set of ET Unilug mags like that back in the day. They had a plastic cap that snapped in.
