Anybody know how wide and what back spacing for a 15inch wheel that will fit a 69 Valiant with stock location leafsprings, wheel houses, and a 8 3/4 rear end?
The springs will be about 2inch over stock height.
I think 255/60/15 will be the largest tire that will fit(from what I have read).

With a 255/60/15 tire you may be able to go to a backspace of 4 1/2''. The tire maybe getting close to the leaf spring. A 15x7 mopar steel factory wheel has a 4 1/4'' backspace. I have run that wheel and backspace on several early A's and the Darts/Valiants from the 67-76 era (excluding the Duster/Demon/Dart Sport that have a larger rear wheel opening and can fit a larger tire.) For a 69 Valiant a 245/60/15 may be a better size. And every mopar will be slightly different due to manufacturing tolarences.I have found one side fits better than the other in most cases.

Always a good idea to measure, but if it's all stock A body stuff in factory locations. A 15X8 with a 4.5'" backspace would be a good start for the rear of a 69 Valiant. IMO
